BESER 高性能堵漏膠 High-Performance Leak Sealing Adhesive
簡(jiǎn)介Introduction
BESER具有較低的粘度，易于進(jìn)入微孔也易于進(jìn)入大的孔隙進(jìn)行充填，環(huán)空、裂隙及地層裂縫以及套管破損處，在地層裂縫或套管破損處及井筒中固化，具有良好的化學(xué)粘結和膠結性能，可以通過(guò)高壓擠入的方式進(jìn)入地層微孔實(shí)現更加致密的層間膠結和界面膠結，達到對地層微裂隙和微裂縫的封堵，依據溫度的變化，對凝膠稠化固化時(shí)間進(jìn)行調整，也可以通過(guò)凝膠類(lèi)型選擇和固化材料類(lèi)型選擇進(jìn)行強度改善和調節。
BESER features low viscosity, enabling it to easily penetrate both micropores and larger voids for filling purposes. It can effectively seal annuli, fissures, formation fractures, and damaged casing sections. Upon curing in formation fractures, damaged casing sections, or within the wellbore, BESER exhibits excellent chemical bonding and cementing properties. It can be injected into formation micropores under high pressure to achieve denser interlayer and interface cementation, effectively sealing microfissures and microcracks in the formation. The gel's thickening and curing time can be adjusted according to temperature variations. Additionally, the strength of BESER can be enhanced and regulated through the selection of gel types and curing materials.
