簡(jiǎn)介Introduction
BlockFORM高濾失堵漏劑是一種由高強度顆粒材料與特種纖維經(jīng)過(guò)科學(xué)配比復合而成的混合型堵漏材料，專(zhuān)門(mén)針對鉆井液體系中的漏失問(wèn)題而設計，適用于水基鉆井液和油基鉆井液體系，具有高固相含量、高強度封堵、快速濾失填塞的優(yōu)異特性。
BlockFORM High-Fluid-Loss Lost Circulation Material (LCM) is a composite material formulated through a scientifically optimized ratio of high-strength granular particles and specialty fibers, specifically designed to address fluid loss issues in drilling fluid systems. It is suitable for both water-based drilling fluids and oil-based drilling fluids, offering excellent properties such as high solid content, high-strength sealing, and rapid fluid-loss plugging.

l 推薦加量：10.0~20.0%；
l 具有很好的橋架能力，在裂縫處形成堵塞，提高承壓能力，防止返吐的發(fā)生；
l 抗溫能力可達到220℃，封堵后承壓能力＞10.0Mpa。

l It possesses excellent bridging capability, forming a plug at fractures to enhance pressure-bearing capacity and prevent backflow;
l It can withstand temperatures up to 220℃, and after plugging, the pressure-bearing capacity exceeds 10.0 MPa.
