GUARD 誘導劑 Seal-Inducing Bridging Agent
簡(jiǎn)介Introduction
GUARD誘導劑具有不同的粒徑規格，具有的不規則形狀，可以實(shí)現在裂縫中的顆粒流動(dòng)轉向，形成局部流速差異，協(xié)助裂縫中的堵漏漿局部濃集，并由此快速形成局部卡點(diǎn)和固體段塞，并迅速擴散到裂縫整體，來(lái)有效提高地層裂縫堵漏屏障的抗剪切效果，其在200℃高溫情況下能保持良好的彈韌性。
GUARD Seal-Inducing Bridging Agent features multi-grade particle sizes with irregular geometries, enabling flow diversion within fractures to create localized velocity differentials. This promotes concentrated accumulation of lost circulation material (LCM) slurry in fracture zones, facilitating rapid formation of localized bridging points and solid plugs. These plugs subsequently propagate throughout the entire fracture network, significantly enhancing the shear resistance of fracture sealing barriers. The product maintains excellent elasticity and toughness under high-temperature conditions up to 200°C (392°F).

l Its temperature resistance can reach up to 200°C, and the pressure-bearing capacity after plugging exceeds 10 MPa. It is available in various particle size specifications ranging from 2.0 mm to 12.0 mm, adapting to different types of lost circulation scenarios.

The product is packaged in triple-layer composite kraft paper bags with waterproof plastic film liners, and is available in two packaging specifications: 50kg and 25kg, according to customer requirements.
