RheCOAT 低粘度輔乳化劑 Low-viscosity Secondary Emulsifier
簡(jiǎn)介Introduction
RheCOAT通過(guò)協(xié)同作用進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化油包水乳液流變性，強化降粘效果，協(xié)同降低漏斗粘度與Φ3讀數，維持高破乳電壓（>500V）及低濾失特性。適配白油/柴油體系，抗溫150℃，可增強高密度鉆井液流動(dòng)性，減少稀釋劑依賴(lài)，實(shí)現成本與性能雙優(yōu)。
RheCOAT further optimizes the rheological properties of water-in-oil emulsions through synergistic effects, enhancing viscosity reduction and jointly lowering funnel viscosity and readings at Φ3 reading. It maintains a high demulsification voltage (>500V) and low fluid loss characteristics. It is compatible with both white oil and diesel systems, withstanding temperatures up to 150℃. RheCOAT can improve the flowability of high-density drilling fluids, reduce reliance on diluents, and achieve a balance between cost and performance.
