MOCOAT是專(zhuān)為大位移井油基鉆井液開(kāi)發(fā)的******輔乳化劑。其通過(guò)增強界面膜強度，顯著(zhù)提高乳狀液高溫穩定性（＞150℃）及抗固相污染能力，與主乳化劑協(xié)同作用降低濾失量、優(yōu)化流變性能。該產(chǎn)品具備優(yōu)異的抗鈣鎂鹽及剪切穩定性，可確保長(cháng)水平段井眼清潔與潤滑效果，有效降低扭矩摩阻，減少井下作業(yè)風(fēng)險，提高鉆井作業(yè)效率。
Specially developed for extended-reach well oil-based drilling fluids, MOCOAT significantly enhances high-temperature stability (>150℃) and solid-phase contamination resistance by reinforcing interfacial film strength. Working synergistically with primary emulsifiers, it effectively reduces fluid loss and optimizes rheological performance. Featuring outstanding calcium/magnesium salt resistance and shear stability, this product ensures effective wellbore cleaning and lubrication in long lateral sections, substantially reducing torque/drag while mitigating downhole risks to improve drilling efficiency.
